Meet the Attorneys
Fernando Brito Jr.
While attending the University of Southern California, Fernando was on the Dean’s List and awarded the Order of Troy. This prestigious award is given to a select number of graduating undergraduate students whose leadership, in conjunction with academic excellence, has provided significant value to the USC community.
After receiving his Bachelors Degree from the USC in 2003, Fernando went on to attend George Washington University Law School, Washington, DC, to obtain his Juris Doctorate. Before graduating in 2006, he was President of the Mock Trial Board.
Fernando passed his California bar exam in 2007, and was admitted into the U.S. District Court Central District of California. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court Southern District of California. He is licensed in California State Court and Federal Court.
Fernando has been in practice since 2007 and has obtained compensation for his clients totaling over $20,000,000.00.
He is an active member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles and Orange County Trial Lawyers Association.
Fernando is happily married with two daughters and a bernadoodle. Fernando speaks fluent Spanish.
JOEL BRITO
Joel graduated from the University of California – Riverside in 2008. He immediately began working in the legal field soon after graduation. In 2009 he began working in the personal injury area of law and his passion quickly grew for helping others. Because of his passion for helping people, he decided to pursue a law degree.
He graduated from Arizona Summit Law School in 2014. He has worked in personal injury ever since. In 2021 he was admitted to the State Bar of California.
Joel has held nearly every position in personal injury. From file clerk, legal assistant, paralegal, case manager, and now attorney. His entire career has revolved around personal injury, and he enjoys fighting for his clients no matter how big or how small the case.
In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, lifts weight, and enjoys craft beer and spirits tasting. Joel also speaks fluent Spanish.
